Hi Everyone that's having frost build up in the freezer compartment The problem is a easy fix using a thin (1/16" or close) piece of plastic or cardboard (not as durable) 23 3/4" by 14 1/2". One of the 23 3/4" edges needs a 6 1/2" by 1 1/2" cut out to fit close around the Auxilliary freezer control cover. This plastic piece is to be put on top of the wire shelf when shelf is in the low position. This will force the evaportor output air to the front of the freezer over the items on top of the shelf then under the shelf over the items on the bottom of the freezer compartment then back to the evaportor coils through the 16 vents at the bottom back cover these vents should not be blocked, leave a 1' or 2" space and also leave space around the auxilliary freezer control cover, there are vents on the sides an top of this cover. The basic problem is the evaportor air is only being moved across the items at the back of the freezer and then back to the evaportor which causes this air to become to cold with frost over the evaporator then the rest of the freezer compartment. You can make a quick cover with 1 pound plastic bags of beans or rice placed on top shelf and tight against the perimeter and on spaces in between. This will only work if the evaporator coil is fully defrosted when plastic cover is placed, otherwise you won't get the air flow needed to keep the frost on the evaporator at a manageable level for the defrost system. P.S. Sorry for the long Review, but is needed for the people that want to understand the "details of proof" that it works!

I bought this fridge about 3 months ago and it runs constantly. It's SO loud. Sounds like there's a mouse squeaking in there. I love the look and the space it provides but the gates on the doors fall off all the time and everything falls on the floor. So disappointed

Bought frigidaire to replace our old one of 35 years. Really excited to replace our old one it was delivered on June 22 2021 but after two days the freezer started growing ice and this is a frost free refrigerator. Very disappointed we went back to where we bought it and he photed the delivery paper and said you would call us in 2 weeks. We are still waiting.

I needed a fast and compatible refrigerator to replace the one (not a Frigidaire) that stopped working and had equivalent features. Looks good and works great. The temperature controls are easily accessible - the drawers are convenient to use and the shelving are easily movable - It does hold a lot of items of various sizes.

Bought a refrigerator in May. The freezer is icing up. Shouldn™™t have this kind of problem with a brand new appliance. Service guy told me he had to put silicone around the seems. I have to remove everything from the freezer and refrigerator for up to 4 hours. We have 90degree weather in July what am I suppose to do with the food. This is a major disappointment and inconvenience. I have to say the customer service person at Frigidaire was very understanding and extended my warranty for an extra 6 months. I am VERY disappointed overall.

I bought this refrigerator to replace my old Frigidaire which was 32 years old I picked this one to match the air fryer gas stove which is on back order. The first refrigerator was damaged with dents in the inside and outside. The place I purchased had no problem bringing me another one. The second refrigerator was good on the outside but the inside had dents. This time the place could not replace with another because they didn™™t have one - so I had to except the refrigerator otherwise I would have no refrigerator. Been in contact with Frigidaire directly and that has been a nightmare their customer service is rude - Both of these refrigerators were sealed out of the manufacturer when delivered - to me means they are not inspecting their products before packaged

My fridge is 35 days old and I have had to have it serviced twice because the freezer is freezing up the fan to the point where it stops. Then the fridge gets too warm while the freezer goes below zero. Disappointed so far.

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago when my soon to be 16 year old fridge started leaking water. My new Frigidaire keeps everything cooler without having to crank up any of the interior temperature gauges. The only downside is that it™™s a little bit loud when the compressor kicks in, but it™™s a small price to pay for such a great fridge

Only have had it for two weeks, but am well satisfied so far. It appears to work well, keeping stuff cold, which is the whole point, of course, and it runs pretty quietly. The plastic bins are rather flimsy, however, and I do miss a light in the freezer. I don't understand why this model is not Energy Star certified, as the projected energy usage is about the same as certified models.

I never had any issues with the fridge or freezer keeping food cold or frozen. My problems with this unit is the build quality and engineering. There are thin plastic clips on the main fridge shevles in the very back that keeps the glass in place (keep the glass from falling). These plastic clips will break and everything on that shelf will fall to the shelf below (this has happened 4 times already). Then there are the door shelves which will randomly surprise you by spilling all of your contents on the floor. These also are supported by a cheap support barrier that "clips" into place. Sometimes they will unclip themselves when you open the door and the whole barrier will fall off. I've had many broken bottles and jars due to this. For a refrigerator that cost nearly $1000, there sure are a lot of corners cut in the build quality.

I bought this about a month ago and I am happy with the purchase. It is just a bit smaller than my last refrigerator, so I had to make some adjustments to accommodate my food. It is easy to clean, runs quiet (after the first day) and look really nice in my kitchen. I would have given it five stars, but the shelves don't adjusts on the door.

I bought refrigerator January 13th and beginning of February noticed a lot of the food was moldy. Purchased thermostat and temp was 58 degrees! Technician came out and discovered the fan installed wasn™™t working. Luckily under warranty but had to live out of coolers for two weeks (once discovered there was a problem) until technician could come out, part could be ordered, and technician returned. All of this occurring before I even made first payment. And now I™™ll be paranoid it will fail again.

Our Frigidaire fridge was delivered a few weeks ago, & we're very pleased with it thus far. There's a LOT of room in the doors, and the depth of the fridge gives lots of space. The only down side is that the produce drawers are a bit more shallow than we've had before. But otherwise, all seems good!

We purchased our refrigerator about a month ago. I was surprised that the entire exterior of the fridge is not stainless steel, only the front is stainless and the sides and top are black. You cannot tell from any of the pictures when purchasing and it doesn't say that in the description so that was disappointing when I saw that as it was being delivered to me. However, the fridge itself is very nice. Two things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Firstly, the fridge is noisy. It does not seem louder than previous ones I have owned but makes different noises and more often. It is less annoying now that I am getting used to it. Secondly, the crisper drawers and not very deep. They are probably higher than my previous but maybe only half as deep so things are all piled on top of other things. It is harder to get to things and it seems like there is not as much room in the drawers as in other fridges I have owned. It keeps excellent temperatures. The freezer is very cold.
