Freezer Seal isn™™t good

We bought this frig/freezer a few weeks ago and have been less than pleased about the freezer seal. The freezer door doesn™™t want to stay shut and I often open the freezer to find frost due to thing™™s melting and re-freezing. I™™ve noticed when I shut the fridge door. It causes the freezer door to pop open the tiniest bit making it not fully closed. I™™m not sure if we just got a lemon but so far not so good.

Bad things first.... Noisy for first two days (I guess it was stabilizing the temperature), very flimsy plastic and outer body (I guess newer machines are cost cutting). Doors were uneven in height (easy to fix but for me it was a task adjusting bottom screws/nuts).Now good things........ I love this Fridge, after 20 years with my old fridge which was running good until it wasn't, because its more spacious even though its the same 22.3 Cu/ft which I had It has more space (I guess new technology has made it possible) Super silent. Great price. I was skeptic initially because its not the best selling fridge but under estimated the looks and performance and inside space. Its like a walk in closet.....

Refrigerator Purchased Two Months Ago

Unfortunately we have a few issues with the refrigerator we purchased two months ago. The refrigerator top shelf has condensation and water on it while the wall shared with the freezer has ice and frost on it. Turning up the temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer haven't resolved the problem.The doors on the refrigerator don't seal tightly which may be causing the problem. Although we purchased a fingerprint proof surface, the refrigerator doors are discolored with a film. We will call your corporate customer service when your office opens tomorrow for recommendations on who can address this issues.

On the first day I noticed that I couldnt get one of the drawers out without bumping into the door seal Over a period of time this will ruin the seal or ruin the drawer. A service engineer arrived and said that is the way it is designed VERY POOR.After using the fridge for 3 months, I needed to replace the water filter. I purchased a new filter (54$ - so expensive) and followed the instructions. The water dispenser paddle now dispenses water as well as from the area where it is supposed to come out. What a mess. I replaced the new filter with the old filter. Same.Leaking inside the fridge too.I called the service line - difficult to understand the associate who was in a VERY NOISY environment and had to keep repeating things. He sent me a list to troubleshoot myself which was totally for different problems than I was experiencing and I now have a service call scheduled for 6 days time (so I have no water and leaks with jugs under for 6 days). This is not what I expect from an items purchased less than a year ago. I would not recommend Frigidaire

Two purchased while in NJ for two homes, one for a vacation home and now another one for our (hopefully) final home purchase in Delaware. Why? They work. The space utilization is top notch with each of the subsequent purchases showing improvements in design and functionality. Great value and terrific quality. What's not to like?

I purchased refrigerator about three weeks ago from Lowe™™s. Lowe™™s return policy is 48 hours therefore when I noticed the stainless trim on one of the freezer shelves four days had passed. I like the sleek and modern design which compliments my kitchen decor. The shelf trim needs to be securely attached to afford better use .

Within 48 hours, I had placed my first warranty service call. Finally 2 weeks later, they replace the damper. However, my food still regularly freezes and thaws in the refrigerator. Getting a second warranty service call so far has been unsuccessful despite multiple calls. The refrigerator doesn't work properly, and the warranty service is unreliable. I wish I had purchased another brand.

All buyers beware. I had a fridge delivered in January. The icemaker did not work. It is now the middle of May. The ice maker still does not work. Three technician visits with new parts sent from the manufacturer with a minimum three week wait each time. Multiple calls to Frigidaire requesting to speak to someone above the initial call centre person and no contact back from a supervisor or management. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a product.

My opinion is that all drawers should open fully. The first crisper is particularly. secondly unless you open refrigerator door fully, you bump the sealant on the door. feel that over time that will be an issue. Also feel the freezer door sits higher than refrigerator door. The ice machine is large & compromises the shelf for storage.
