You want a honest review Here you go. I bought a new LG fridge July 22. My refrigerator quit working. 47 degrees fridge temp. Freezer-15. I called in and got told I need to do a few things. Which was difficult to understand because she spoke broken English. It took me 2 weeks to get it fixed. So in the mean time I had to buy another fridge. LG customer service is horrible. I will not buy another LG product. I have bought 2 LG products and I will not buy another.

I purchased this item within the last month. Incredibly large amount of space in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The filtered water line for getting a glass of cold water is a nice feature. Besides being the largest fridge I ever had it looks great too with the stainless steel finish.

I bought this refrigerator April 16th 23. It was delivered 21 April23. It popped the 20 amp GFCI outlet before the morning of 22 April 23ed. It has popped the GFCI 4 more times since then. LG cant seem to find my FL address even though I registered the refrigerator on their website. They keep wanting to go to TN when I havent lived there for 5 years. poor customer service

I purchased this for a rental property and the features and price were very desirable. The problem my tenant had was with the refrigerator shelf supports. The clips that held the shelves in place gave way when the shelves were loaded with food items. LG was contacted and they sent replacement shelves since it was still under warranty.

I used Consumer Reports list of recommended refrigerators. I wanted an ice-in-door bottom freezer but the ratings were not good enough and since ice is important and slow ice was a comment I went back to basics. So happy. The usable space is better than my old side-by-side even though cubic feet were supposedly similar. Though Id prefer ice-in-door Ive again gained freezer space and have good ice production. The shelves are easy to clean and appear to have better support than my previous refrigerator. Vegetable and fruit drawers spacious and keep items fresh. Back to basics and Im the winner. Now LG just give me longevity.

This is a very nice fridge: spacious quiet and attractive. Bought it over the smaller model because it had a great review over at Consumer Reports. The only issue I have with this refrigerator is that due to a design flaw you cant use the water dispenser and the ice maker at the same time - its either/or. If I had known this I would have bought a LHTNS2403S instead which accepts an ice maker but frees up the space where the water dispenser would have been.

Bought a refrigerator OCT 2022 and have experiences continuous frost build up in freezer. Suddenly stopped keeping cool temp in ice box. Requested repair and was told to troubleshoot on own. Followed troubleshooting instructions and still no improvements. Called again to request repair and was told someone would call back to schedule service within 3-5 days. 6 days passed without any call back. Called again for replacement or reimbursement and was told to wait 16 days before they could initiate a reimbursement.

Replaced an older 33 wide with 20 cubic feet. The extra 3 plus ft in this box makes a big difference. I wish it had a better lighting system inside however. The single light leaves dark corners on the shelves.

After the fridge got into my home the installer plugged it in and I did all the unpacking. I waited 48 hours for it to get cold it was barely cold after that time I called back and forth to Lowes and was referred back to LG. Long story finally I got a very good customer service person who sent out a tech to my house. The compressor was not working. All this took about three weeks to clear up the compressor was replaced and another part also. Finally the fridge is working properly. My first LG fridge lasted 14 years so I was very happy to buy another one. This is my first week I am stocking it up. We will see what happens. Mr Dong was a very good and thorough tech. Thank you

This very simple no frills Refrigerator is great for bar or in an office kitchen. It does have an internal water dispenser that is very touchy. Only works about half the time. Then you have to bleed the air out and wait a minute etc. too much of a hassle so I buy bottled water.

Bought this in June 2022 September 2022 the freezer motor died. They sent out a repairman in October 2022 he had to order the part. Came back in November 2022 to fix it. Its seems ok now. My family and I are enjoying this refrigerator/freezer-its a good size works well and I have only ONE complaint. There is NO LIGHT in the freezer compartment I dont understand why not. It is the ONLY refrigerator I have ever owned and I am 60 yrs old that didnt have a light in the freezer. It really defies logic. Aside from that plenty of room but doesnt come with an ice maker unless you order one from LG directly.

Its all in the leveling.

We had our new LG refrigerator delivered a little over a week ago. The delivery guys were fantastic. They had to reverse the doors level it and bring it in and put it in the place of the old one. It was a perfect fit and all was fine. And then I put the food in it. Loaded the freezer and filled the fridge. Thats when the mystery began. I opened the freezer door and there was this loud snapping sound coming from the hinge of the door. We could not figure it out. I called your helpline and after explaining the situation the representative thought that it was because it was not level. What?? It was level when they brought it in and placed it in its spot. How can it not be level now. Well let me tell you it took four days two grown men a pry bar and some very creative thinking to get a shim and some wood slabs behind it because there was a counter on one side and a wall on the other. Finally after I figured out how to get the wheel up on the piece of wood behind it in the right-hand corner with some small sloped shims we got it in place and it still wasnt level. It then took the two grow men to figure out they needed to level the front. They finally got it level and it works Never have I ever had to do this with a fridge and I have had quite a few. Now I love it and hopefully will never have to go through this again. But at least I will know how to fix it.

I bought this 6 months ago and it is the worst purchase I have every made. The fridge gets an ice build in the freezer to the point I have to defrost the freezer. Seriously a freezer that needs to be defrosted LG has sent a repair service 5 times and they say its unrepairable but LG says its our fault for not closing the freezer door. Really I am not a child. I have gotten nothing but the run around from LG. This fridge is a piece of trash I will never buy another LG product.

Huge capacity stainless steel finish

I bought it a week ago its soo spacious I love the stainless steel finish and no handles . Simplicity is best. I had digital touch screen one and it malfunctioned thats why I chose this. The only issue is that there isnt an icemaker or ice tray. WHY do have purchase it separately?

Great compact top freezer and refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator a couple months ago and it is so easy to see everything inside and easily remove items I need. The recessed handles are a plus and love the small ice maker that makes ice fast and the water inside comes out nice and cold. It is perfect for two older adults.

Shelves Broke within 9 months

Shelves are glass with a cheap plastic around the edges. The plastic broke on both shelves within days of each other and now am left without functional shelves. Shelves are nearly a hundred bucks a piece to replace.
