Our new tv is a great addition. The clarity is amazing. We compromised on a QLED tv for the picture quality. The nature shows have such breathtaking color and clarity. The access to other services like HBOMax, Netflix, Amazon Prime makes for a vast list of shows, movies and series.

I am obsessed with our TV!

I love this TV. The remote control is so intuitive. I had no idea how simple it would be to set up Hulu, AppleTV, Netflix, YouTube. The whole arrangement took 10 minutes and now I have thousands of choices! I also didn't know the TV came with Samsung TV and so many additional stations. It's a dream. The picture is amazing, clear, and the size is perfect for our space. The TV sits on a 60" mantle over the fireplace and balances our living room perfectly.

We were told before the purchase that this tv would have the fire tv app installed and we would no longer need the fire tv stick. They lied. We still have to use the stick which takes the total time from start up to viewing FIVE MINUTES. We ALWAYS get a warning that the tv cannot detect the Samsung remote, even while I'm pressing the remote buttons. TV picture is not as good as my 2 year old 10 inch iPad picture. Very disappointed. I spend more time cussing at the tv than viewing it.
