i received my pedestals & one was badly damaged on the side, i tried contacting samsung, i got a chat request the lady wouldn't even give me partial credit for anything. i didn't want to send them back bc i needed them now so i asked for a partial credit back but she said there was nothing she could do. other than that, i love the height it gave my washer & dryer

Directions and videos online were helpful. I actually had two workmen lift the washer onto the pedestal. They must not have put it on the right place initially so the one side is slightly crushed. Even though I leveled it in the expected position before putting the washer on the pedestal, it wasn't even close to being level once the washer was in place. It was a pain to move the washer out to adjust the rear legs, but overall it is good to have the washer elevated as we are prone to flooding.

Bought 2 pedestals (washer and dryer) to elevate the front load machines. Makes it so much easier to reach into the washer/dryer, as well as adds decent space for storage (detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc).

I bought two pedestals:,one for the washer & one for dryer. Couldn't be happier! Spacious, easy glide opening & convenient, I like the fact that there are two sections to keep things neatly organized.

The pedestals are very nice but 1 of the 2 is missing the divider and hardware. I am still waiting for Samsung to respond to me and send the missing parts and pieces. I have only had them set up for a day. Opened fine the few times I tried.

similar to other reviews i received one of these units damaged. this appears to be a problem at samsung because there was absolutely no sign of outside damage to box.
we bought a set of two, and they do actually look nice, and the drawer does fit our laundry supplies--contrary to other reviews that show things not fitting. maybe samsung redesigned the inside some time to fix that?
nothing like waiting 3 months for something and then having to now wait again for a replacement unit. if there was any quality control, this would not be an issue.

after discussions with three persons at samsung i found no one knows the interior height dimension of the drawer? other reviewers have commented standard laundry product packages do not fit. before purchase i thought i'd first find out myself. for a set of $500 drawers i'd think that would be published information. apparently samsung doesn't feel that's important. the samsung salesperson suggested i just return the two pedestals if i'm not satisfied. :/ well they're now ordered and on the way. i'm hopeful this is not a waste of my time.

I received my pedestals in June along with my washer and dryer. They make taking laundry out of the front load washer and dryer so much easier. I also love that there is enough room to hold clothes detergent and other items. If you are thinking about getting the pedestals, I highly recommend that you do.

Pedestal does help with loading & unloading laundry don't have to bend down too much & it's good for storage. But it's too expensive for the low quality product & will bend easily.

it's difficult bending down to wash clothes. it puts a strain on the lower back. the newly purchase pedestal raises my washer and dryer and additional two feet higher. no more back pain!
